penis red skin. please help

hello to everyone.

i would like some of your help. i ll tell you my whole story. so 20 days ago(like 15 th of august more or less) more or less i ve received oral sex from a sw. i ve notice some red skin on the foreskin of my penis. i will upload photos to check and please tell me. yesterday was more red than yesterday and today its like pink-ish, could you tell if is it normal? i asked a doctor without seeing my penis and told to start washing it more often and its probably nothing to worry about. i said the same story to the pharmacist and he said the same thing, he game me to was myself simple nourishing shower cream(no soap,no harch chemicals, no atificial perfume or color , no animal derived ingredients . keep in mind it is not itchy at all and i don't have any problem when i urinate or when i m having sex. ( i used to have red skin there sometimes or on the top of the penis for years but i didn't pay attention and it was disappear after some days) atm its just pink and on my eye looks normal. is it balanitis? btw this comes and go. is it going to be a problem to my wife? i am so scared about these. what can i do? washing told me both of them its gonna helpimageimageimageimage
