Hello. I have sex protected and I masturbate at least 3 times a week. Ive started to notice my penis would become inflamed and my penis rim is swollen. I thought maybe this was irritation but unsure. Could this be Balantis? Can someone help me figure out what this is and what I can do to fix it? Ive attached a few pics.

From my research this doesnt really look like balantis, have you swam in an ocean or chlorine recently? it looks more like just an irritation

no I haven't been in any ocean or pool. I do use Dial anti-bacterial soap to wash body. it does feel irritated. Yeast maybe?

Does it seem like the skin is thinner or the glans is kind of irritable and almost prickly/itchy? Also, what other problems are you experiencing? Frequent urination and urgent urination or maybe feeling like you can never empty your bladder? Out of breath easily or high heart rate? Reduced sex drive or attraction? I'm not a doctor. Just have had all of these problems and have found a solution to most.

You're not the only man who had this or has had this issue. I was constantly looking for a solution or just what the cause was for years, but no doctors had any ideas what the issue could be. There was another guy who posted on a thread with the exact same issue and he went as far as to get a biopsy done. The result was an unknown inflammation and of course he was upset to still have no answer. I went to my 3rd urologist who checked my prostate and found it was enlarged. We did a month of Ciprofloxacin at 500mg twice a day and 800mg Ibuprofen 3 times a day to treat a prostate infection. This happens when you have a yeast infection and it goes untreated infecting the prostate. I suppose I thought I have gotten rid of a yeast infection and when I didn't see a rash any longer I thought it was gone. After treating the enlarged prostate the irritation was gone and inflammation went away.
