Penis still attached to for-skin at 18

I am 18 years old and i first tried to have sex with my girlfriend last week. It was very uncomfortable and resulted in me not being able to stay fully erect and i couldnt finish. I then googled things and decided to actually inspect my penis and at the top when pointing it upwards it seems there is some form of skin or bride between my forskin and the actual head of my penis. When i try to pull the forskin past the head it simply doesnt go past it and it gets very uncomfortable and hurts
to try. Sounds dumb but i have never thought that
its normal for it to be able to fully go past the head. Ita not like this has suddenly occured i just genuinely have never tried. What are the solutions to this? Do i need to see a doctor? What may they reccomend if i do? Images attached flacid and erect (sorry if it doesnt hide the images i dont know how to. Thanks alot for any help

Hey Will
So sorry that you had this problem at this time. I know at 18 you were trying to have sex for the first time
Did you have a talk with your girlfriend.
Please you are not numb because no one told you that there was a problem. You did not know. I have 2 sons older then you. What you need to do is go to a Urologist. You are 18 so you can go on your own unless you are on your parents insurance.
I looked at the picture what you have is a very hi frenulum. This can be taking care of. You can have it cut so it would move more. You do not have to have a circumcision just the frenulum taking care of
Good luck and be safe. If you need to talk I'm here for you....Ken

even if you are on your parent's insurance you do not need them to go to the doctor with you as you are above the age of 18. You just need a photo ID and your insurance card like anyone else.

Hi will,
It sounds like you have a very tight frenulum and possibly phimosis you will need to see your doctor and have things checked out they will probably refer you to a urologist and you may need to have a frenuloplasty this will release the frenulum. It is important to be able to clean underneath your foreskin everyday hopefully the frenuloplasty will let the foreskin move freely. You probably will need to do some stretching exercises after to help.
