Penis weird condition(balanitis)

Greetings, I have this condition since 3 months ago, I ve had sex(oral normal) with a women(protected) I applied some isopropilic alchohol and went to sleep for 4 hours. I ve woke up with a damaged penis(the foreskin was too elastic and I saw 2 hollows on sides of lips), big pain in belly, coated tongue which lead to starving. Done STD tests, bacterial, all negative. The head of penis started to itch after 6 days, then I saw that my penis is drying hard, making some bread looking crumbs, then I saw a white spot on it. At this moment I started to use several creams, steroid cream for 2 weeks, then hialuronic acid, some regenrative B7 cream and now steroid cream again back now on 2 weeks.

Soon I will do a biopsy. Please advice me, cause my life is quite ruined because of this condition.

When erect penis looks normal the white spots are gone, except the hollows, which are smaller due to scale.

When you say " At this moment I started to use several creams " - the issue with this is that if you want the steroid to be effective you should NOT be using other creams.

To be effective for treating damaged skin the steroid should be an ointment rather than a cream version. Were you prescribed the steroid by a Medical professional ...... ?

I spent more than 1000 $ just to be seen by doctors. Now I m requesting a biopsy and dermatologist says it s not needed, cause everything is due my stupidity of applying alchohol.

You need to be guided by the Dermatologist as to the right steroid OINTMENT to use, cream versions do not help damaged penile skin to recover in the same way ointments do.

I would also agree with the Dermatologist, a biopsy is not required as you know what has caused the problem .....
