I dont think you ever really beat anxiety but i have learned to manage my symptoms and have more days where i feel good than days where i feel bad at this point. The bad thing is when you least expect it is when the anxiety rears it ugly head but i have gone 6 months even a year with no major issues than i kind of have to go back do some counciling and do my deep breathing and meditation to get my mind back on track again.
so defeated anxiety no but learned to manage and accept this disease and utilize every tecknique i can to live a better life yes just always be mindful of how your feeling and act on any weird or anxiety thoughts immeadietly with appropriate counciling meds yoga breathing techniques meditiatation whatever it takes to get you back on track amd its deffinetely a managable disease

Its just hard to think about that the symptoms will always be there in your head no matter what. Just to clear things up, are you a happy person now? Can you do things without or almost without issues?

yes i can mostly do things without issue. like i said its there but not as intense.
to me anxiety is like me having a conversation with myself a lot anout what im worried anout i generally keep myself pretty busy so i dont think anout stuff like that as much as i did before.
they say it takes 30 days to really create a habit well i know that my anxiety really started with me worrying about everything i was doing and just kept on worrying til i could t stop so it takes a while to turn that thought process around but it can be done.
