I've had your exact symptoms for the past two days. I ended up at urgent care yesterday because of a very full bloated feeling, terrible nausea, and a nervous jittery feeling. The belching is so much and unattractive. My husband and sons seems like it doesn't bother them 😊
I'm 45 and should be ovulating in a few days. I've noticed my symptoms get bad during ovulation and a few days before my period.
Hope you feel better soon

I know exactly how you feel. I had the throat thing happen to me in Feb for 2 weeks. It almost made me crazy on top of everything else i was feeling. I haven't felt it since thank God. All you can do is try your best to relax and breath and wait till it leaves. Drink soups and smoothies. I know how you feel I am 44 and feel older than a 80 yr old some days. Some days all i can do is cry. God help us all. Praying for you ladies hugs

It's normal to feel sorry for yourself and have a few cries, it sure helps at times. None of us ladies could of prepared for this. That is how awful these symptoms are. I am praying for my old self to return knowing that she will not. At least not now until i am done with post menopause. i am now in peri. All we can all do is to discover the best healing for ourselves and try to live our best lives. for we all have so much life more to live. God bless
