Ok. How do you deal with pain from your breast. I mean without think the worst. I get this awful pain only o my left breast but if you as me where to pin point I can't because it moves around. Mostly feel from my upper back bit when I go to lie down at night on my chest I feel it. Doctor's have to me it's muscle that I pulled and because of age I should not worry. Anyone else with similar pain?

Gelatine is used as a natural remedy for degenerative and inflammatory conditions, joint pain, etc. As it's primary use is for musculoskeletal problems I'm guessing that it is recommended for breast pain ifnthe cause is musculoskeletal. No good for me, though, I'm vegetarian.

Gelatin is pretty much whole body...it is also known for healing digestive tract, intestinal issues.

I don't want to state the obvious, but have you had a recent breast scan? It is probably nothing, but just in case ....

Hi gilly,
I can sympathise with you as I too have the same issues but it's in my right breast and I too think I'm going through perimemopause.. I have severe health anxiety so over the last 11 mths I have been back and forth to the docs, had numerous breast examinations and a clear mammogram too. The breast specialist said it's either non- cyclical or cyclical breast pain which is common so that reassured me however I still can't stop the odd worry ( but that's my anxiety ) But can't hurt asking for a mammogram though just to help put your mind at rest.
Hope this helps :-) oh the joys of going through peri menopause.

I have this pain in my left breast too, it started 2yrs ago, some months there's no pain at all, I have checked my breast monthly but don't feel any strange lumps, or discharge, I have been to my doctors many times, he checked my breasts but advise me not to worry as he said it's to do with my muscle or rib? Not sure which one, but at times the pain disappears for months. It started again last month and a few weeks it stops, if I sleep on my breast it feels painful too, the right breast is fine though. No pain. I'm in perimenopause too.
