I'm perimenopausesal, and I get skipped heartbeats, especially when laying down. Are the two related? Has anyone else experienced skipped heartbeats during perimenopause?

It's really scary and I stay up worrying about it. Thanks for letting me know that it's normal.

I always had miserable periods and the Endo was awful. But that was only for a couple of days a month. This is ALL THE FLIPPIN' TIME!

Hello,
I'm 37 now and experiencing skipped heart beats for over a year. I'm just wondering whether I am in perimenopause or not, because the cardiologist couldn't find out anything, my heart was ok. What other symptoms do you have? Thanks a lot. Eveline.

I'm in bed reading this and having restless legs and palpitations..maybe 6 months ago I wore a heart monitor harness for the 24 hrs thinking the palpitations were something serious.I had a lot of stress in my life and it almost felt like stress and palpitations fed each other It was worse just before periods. The readings were just fine!
During this palpitation time I have developed 5 ovarian simple cysts totalling a pretty big 'ol grapefruit size that was discovered during routine ultrasound.I'm trying really hard to keep healthy and balance out my hormones naturally so that I won't need surgery, well, that's my hope It's very difficult to get family to understand how I'm feeling, and it's actually tiring having palpitations .I've started taking magnesium and iodine along with vitex.I'm 47 ,my sister who is still cycling at 51 hasn't had any of this
