I am sick of being so scared all the time. How can the doctor just dismiss everything i say to her i told her im to scared to be able to look after my kids alone and she ignored me completely i told her my partner had to give up work so im not alone and it was as if she was deaf. I have pains in my chest and my arms and neck and im supposed to just not think about it hello everytime i get pain in my chest i think im going to drop dead in front of my children yes iv had a chest xray and an ecg which were fine so automatically the anxiety diagnosis isthrown out there well no the pain came first i jave never been anxious until i started having pains I HAVE HAD ENOUGH

It's best to calm down and it does get frustrating and annoying when you actually see doctors ignore you. It's the same with me and my family. I complain about a pain and they automatically blame my anxiety. It's always my anxiety's fault. But it is true, anxiety is the reason why we feel this way, why we have paranoia, and why we have these physical symptoms. All these symptoms you're explaining are classic anxiety symptoms. If tests came back normal then you're okay. The tests can't lie. I'm the type of person who doesn't believe what the doctors say unless I have actual tests to prove it. I'm sure you're the same also. Anxiety is definitely tiring and emotionally draining. Just take it one day at a time

You must find another doctor because I promise you, not all doctors are like that.
20 years ago a doctor sat there laughing and he said "phone the samaritans".
I know a guy who's wife died in her sleep from the smoking disease. It was a shock for him. He went to same doctor and this b....d said no because valium are addictive. He replied "I'll have to have a drink then"
The doctor laughed and said "enjoy it".
So you are not alone with this problem. It is trial and error finding a good doctor but persist and things will work out.
Best of luck sweetheart
