Petrified of Piles and what to do

i know this is stupid but i have piles and am so scared of them not going away. i have a large external pile, had for one week, got prescription cream from the doctor and ended up in hospital yesterday with them pushing it back in which was hugely painful and embarassing. it hasnt worked and the pile has come back out. i cant get it back in as i simply can't perform the action. im too petrified to gi back to my doctor as i cant handle going to hospital again. can someone reassure me that if i continue with the cream, bath in epsom salts and drink water it may shrink and go? its uncomfortable to sit down but im in tears not wanting to go back to hospital and i cant push it back in. please help. thank you.

Thank you for your reply. The epsom salts baths are definitely helping, im continuing with the prescription cream and I'm drinking lots of water! I think its definitely starting to shrink and I certainly dont have pain like I had last week! i have a small

bit of bleeding but only after a bowel movement and nothing compared to last week! Fingers crossed its going!! thank you 😃
