Hi, I feel like I got a phobia but why. well meno one but trying to over come it and it's hard

It's a mind thing with me

Every day I wake up and I think here we go again rubbish thoughts, with all this you would think I would get use to it, but I guess not because meno is following me around daily and controlling how i think

I talk to myself sometimes just for distraction it helps bit even going out and about but in quiet way so people would think I'm nuts

Anything to feel me, any body feel like this.

    Hi

I hear ya. I'm having the same problems. My mind feels like I'm always foggy. Can't constrate. Think ahead about anything. Always feeling depressed, anxious. I have only been having these symptoms four months. I hear other women have been dealing with these and other symptoms for yrs

I'm so glad found this website. Before I thought was going crazy.

    Good luck

Hi Maria - this is related to hormone imbalance - I was the same and HRT saved me - tried every natural source - best of diets - plethora of exercise - anti-dep every single option but nothing could shift my sadness and terrible symptoms like HRT has..... Please ladies try it - it will truly lift you out of your awful thoughts and 'aloneness' the very best of minds around the world have worked so hard to try to assist us all and feel in the last 10 years have made great and 'safe' progress. Do something - anything to look into this tomorrow. You will feel the difference ever so quickly - you do not have to feel and live this way.

    Love and best wishes,

    Loui x

      Hello Gals,

I agree with Rhino, yes HRT has worked wonders on me. I'm sorry but I have been going through it since 41 and I am now 53!

I am sorry I didn't start sooner. If it's a menopausal symptom...I have everyone of them!

I started on Premerin a year ago. Yes in the beginning I did experience bleeding for about 3 months. ( for only a day or two ) also headaches. But, if you can give it s chance, like anything else it takes time to adjust . I no longer bleed and I am feeling much much better . I know the thought of over thinking everything! And isolating myself(no fun). I am moving on and feel more like myself with each and everyday passing.

Although this is an individual decision, if you can, of course if health allows, I'd give it a try!

      Hugs, Maggie

      Hi Michelle,

My Period stopped completely for about 2 consecutive years. Then I started HRT.

The doctor said its normal to spot starting HRT. But if it continuously persists...we will need to discontinue use.

After about 2-3 months of spotting, it now has stopped completely. I am so happy.

I feel so much better. I really thought I was losing it! It was a total nightmare.

Now I can at least go out and enjoy myself without over analyzing everything!

      Best Regards,

      Hugs Maggie

Aww, thank you for your kind words.

I hope you find what makes you feel better. It's a tough time for us all, but with God, medicine, family and friends...we will make it!

      Maggie xo
