Hello everyone

Firsty I would like to thank you all for reading this post. Hopefully some of you may get that ressuracne you are after that what you have feeling is anxity related.

Here's my story which actually started aroubdb this time last year.

2013 was a stressfully year professionally and personally and unfortunately it took its toll on my body.

I started to feel constant tingling in my hands and feet in Dec which seemed crazy at the time.

Dr Google suggested I had somethink like MS. So I payed a visits to my local GP and that's were it all started.

After nearly 12months later these are the physical symptoms I have had.

Tingling in hands and feet

Zapping pains throughout my body

Tense Headaces which lasted nono-stop for five weeks.

Pins and needles sensations throughout my body.

Constant twitching

Constant heart palpitations

Floaters eyesight

Weird sensations over my face and head

Skin irritations

Spots on scalp

Constant shaking of the limbs

Ringing in the ears

Constant body vibrations

Just naming a couple most of these symptoms are non-stop.

Mentally I felt anxious and worried about the symptoms which unfortunately has uprise new symptoms, which is like a vicious cycle.

I have had many tests done including an MRI of the brain and neck which came back clear.

And loads of  blood tests including hepatitis HIV

Also came back clear.

It appears that my anxiety which started in 2013 developed in health anxiety and this has caused vicious circle.

Anxiety and Health anxiety are real.

Sorry to hear about your anxiety. However, thanks for posting your symptoms for reassurance, I definitely need that. I sometimes get worried I have a serious disease because I can't wrap my brain around how anxiety can cause all those. I've had all those symptoms and more. It's frightening! Thanks for sharing and I hope you feel better.
