Pimples on urethra opening.

I have been having an inflamed urethra opening since my last period a week ago. On having a closer look last night I noticed a tiny pimple right on the urethra opening. My discharge is more than normal, white in color and a bit frothy. I have noticed I kind of get air getting released together with some discharge when peeing. However I don't get any burning sensation or the urge to urinate often. I applied candid b on the pimple and it took the discomfort almost right away. Has anyone else experienced this?
