I had unprotected sex last December 14, 2019 (I’m a Top; bisexual), and on December 16, I received a b*****b from a friend. When I went home to take a shower, I noticed that there are some pink spots in my penis (three below the corona or head of the penis, and one under the hole of the penis. I went to the doctor on December 17 and she thinks that it might be Balanitis Circinata. The doctor recommended me to apply some canesten or anti fungal cream. I apply it 3 times a day for every 8 hours. I’m circumsized but there are some folds near the corona or head of my penis. I clean my penis intimate cleaning gel and lukewarm to room temp water.

On December 21, I went to the Hospital because there are no improvements, the spots are still there. In the hospital, I had a blood test but I can only know the results of the blood test on January since I will be out of the country. They also swab the mouth or the hole of my penis with cotton swab and I felt some stinging sensation. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the pink spot under the mouth of hole of the penis or because the cotton swab has alcohol in it. About the pink spots, it doesn’t itch, it doesn’t have a pus or any white stuff BUT sometimes I feel it tingling or "moving".

Before this spots, I had an infection in my impacted third molars around December 03, and was prescribed some amoxiciline; it helped clear the infection. After that, I had labial herpes around December 14. I never had genital herpes. The doctor made it clear that it is not genital herpes.

I currently have a partner who I have an open relationship with. I'm afraid that I might pass this to him. Can I still kiss him on the lips or at least masturbate while having Balanitis Circinata?

The first picture on the top left is what my penis as a whole looks like, and the remaining three are pictures of the spots. And the other picture is the hole of my penis.

Can someone help me? I'm getting paranoid. 😦

Hey guys, I just want to give an update that I have a red sore on my tongue. Is this a possible side effect of an antibiotic? I started taking doxycycline last saturday when I got my blood tested. or is this because of a std? if it is a std, what can it be? 

if it dosnt go away after treatment it could be a fungal infection or the start of geographic tongue u should see a doctor if persists
