pins and needles on scalp and cheek

I have pins and needles on my scalp and left cheek.
No very strong but seems to come in waves, does anyone else get this?

I have something similar, which is pins and needles, sort of tingling sensation in my scalp that is fuzzy. I also get pressure in my temples and behind my eyebrows. I'm yet to find a cure for this annoying symptom of mine. Hope this helps.

I get this all the time with anxiety. Mostly it's in my arms/legs and fingers though. Goes away when I'm distracted and I stop focusing on it, so I know it's just anxiety
