please any help !!!! flu increase

20mg 15weeks had 7 great normal weeks then it crept back in a bit so doctors put me on 30mg this is day 4 and I'm a loon panic attacks anxiety through the roof so I can't b left alone or I break down badly ! Is this the increase and will it settle or does it sound more like it's my illness is worse and u need to brave 40mg. I'm guttered its back and feeling I can't do it again

      Anxiety and panic is constant for no reason its just there and I'm crippled by it. I don't understand why my body is doing this to me again. I can't fight much more

      Look up claire weekes on line ref anxiety/panic. What she says makes sense even if she is very self congratulating! :-)

      Dont fight it, its an illness in your body and although you need to actively help yourself you also need just let it happen n give it recovery time. Chamomile tea n kalms may help too.

    I've been on fluoxetine since December and am currently on 60mg, I suffer from anxiety attacks every now and again but I also take 40mg propanolol which helps. I tend to find that I find staying at home is very comforting and being away can bring on an attack. I do go to work and just try and manage these moments but I feel your pain, I hate the way my mind is but there's always light at the end of the tunnel.
