Anxiety can disable u physically as well as mentally, our breathing patterns change and become habitual without us even noticing. Try keeping ure breathing slow and steady, let the feelings of dizziness pass over u and just remember, its just a feeling, it won't actually hurt u, just give a shrug and let it be there. Easy to say I know, but it will pass in time

Yes anxiety can do anything !!!

I remember when mine was at its worst, I was sat on the side of my bed in the middle of the night probably about 4 in the morning having not yet been to sleep, trying to feel for my heart beat, I knew I was being ridiculous and that it was still beating and that of course I was ok and not dying but still I had to find it, even my doctor smiled !!! Anxiety can make you believe anything and I think it becomes a vicious circle and you talk yourself into feeling like that and sometimes you need something to break that cycle. I was lucky to have a lovely young doctor who said "I think you are depressed and suffering from anxiety" I had anti depressants and i have also at times had CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy ) and have helped me tremendously.
