im still a virgin however i received oral and had genital to genital contact with a guy recently. ive noticed some changes in my vagina these bumps appeared two years ago and i wasnt sexually active but now its forming on the other side and i believe i have warts. please help ive attached images

looks like v.p or forcyed spots when i noticed mine i was freaked out and went to my obgyn and swore i had hpv but he reassured me i didnt and that they check every pap spear , u can always go get checked to be certain
