Im not sure what these little white things are. They only hurt a little b***h when touched. They look like warts but i'm not completely sure. I havent been to the doctor yet but im planning to go soon. if someone could please help and tell me what these are id really appreciate it!!! heres a photo

looks like hsv (herpes) to me but im no doctor just someone with the hsv virus i would definitely make an appointment asap while the bumps are there and get them swabbed may not be that but would still get tested

resembles herpes .. get them tested blood tests arent always accurate so a swab of the sores are ur best bet.

update: I went to the doctor and got these swab tested. By looking my doctor believed I had contracted the herpes 2 virus however my results came back negative for herpes. Does anyone know what these may be?

Also I was prescribed valacyclavoir to take twice a day for a week. The medicine has helped alot and cleared up the ulcers.

id get retested like like herpes . test for hsv 1 someone could have oral herpes a d transmit

u should find out if ur doctor tested u for both hsv 1&2 and if he did and theyre negative maybe u got it from a dirty razor that caused these ulcers ive seen other posts about that happening and thinking it was herpes and turns out it wssnt
