I've felt a cooling sensation on the tip of my penis, it wasn't painful and didn't itch, but after looking further into it, i noticed this. they're very small. what could it be. image

    im here lol i dont know much man but im willing to reply some people on this site are very standoffish ! just know that its probably nothing but you should get tested to be sure !
