Would prefer not to see a doctor

So my foreskin has veins ( I think ) on the bottom almost looks like they’re connected to my frenulum and I’m very worried, they’re not painful there about 2 and they’ve never really bothered my physically.I can’t retract my foreskin all the way when erect almost all the way but ... So yeah what could this be and should I be worried? Thanks

Veins showing is a variable thing, but most of us have some in what might seem like odd places, but are perfectly normal. As regards the foreskin not retracting fully, this is also fairly normal, especially for teenagers as the foreskin doesn't fully detach in some boys till their early twenties. With gentle coaxing you can usually gradually free it up, especially if you use moisturising creams. In severe cases of tight foreskin, you might need a prescribed special ointment. What is important is not to force it so that it gets stuck behind the ridge on the penis head, as this can cut of blood flow and is a medical emergency.

if you want to upload a photo or two, you have to do it using a computer.

Thanks for the feedback so quickly, I don’t have a computer to upload a photo but I can try to explain it my very best : so there’s veins all over my penis going everywhere and some of these veins (about 2 of them) lead up to the tip of my foreskin on the underside of my penis (the side facing the ground and they’re pretty small and not noticeable until I have an erection but they are kind of bulging on the very tip of my foreskin and looks very unusual and when I pull my foreskin back when flaccid they kind of fold back with it and it just looks a mess.It looks unnatural I’m wondering if they will just go away with age (im almost 16 by the way) I don’t know if I’ll be able to have intercourse because of it.So what I’m saying is that it looks very weird and I honestly just want to know if they’re just normal, natural veins. Thanks

It's hard to say without a pic, but I'd be surprised if you actually have anything unusual.

You need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window to add pictures btw.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

It's hard to say without a pic, but I'd be surprised if there's really a problem.
