please help could this be perimenopause

i really need some advice, ive been feeling really weard since my period like flu extream tiredness then weard skin crawling tingling, 2 months on im having hot flashes most nights and during day. still get skin sensations. my cycle can go from 30 days to 22 which is not usual for me, very bad PMS, im 40 next month could this be perimenopause?? what sould i ask doc to check?

    hi sweetie lol! i think u should get checked but fair warning alit of gynecologists dint check everything i went to endocronologist which did check it all there are also hormone specialists too that will i dont know where you live so it could be different! check estrogen and progesterone levels testosterone cortisol thyroid and they usually chexk others like fsh and dhea inflamation levels blood sugar too it could be perimenopause or just out if whack hormones ! im in day 5 of cycle and last two days anxious hot flashes and such irritable emotional and such make aure uour taking a multi and magnesiun as well you may ne low on vit d too but they will check that as well ! hope some of this helps and oh yeah im 50 and been foing theu this for wbout 5 years myself ! just so you know all yiur symptoms can come from stress anxiety and such too sont worry too much just get checked and let me know how it goes
