Please help does this look like herpes

i had one night stand with this guy and we used condoms. I about four day later i started feeling itchy around my genital area and It was a little red around my vulva, then I noticed little little cuts around my anus and vulva could this be herpes?

      it could very much be herpes but it could also be a rash! if you can go to a planned parenthood or sexual health clinic tbey can help you out asap

    just an update since i got my results back, i was negative for type two herpes with blood results and with a swab from my sores. but i'm still not sure what cause those sores down there. In the back of my mind i still wonder if its herpes, but i will stay positive. I did test positive for type 1 though.
