There is just one sore on my outside of my vagina.
I tried to pop it and there really wasn't much that came out. I think I only aggravated it. The two images are the same sore, at different times. It's been around for almost a week and is only slightly uncomfortable when it rubs against clothing.

It's a pimple. Herpes lesions don't extend deep into the skin. They sit on the surface like a blister.

Correct. Sort of.
A gyno looked at it yesterday and assured me it's definitely not herpes, but rather an ingrown hair! 👌🏼
