Please Help is this herpes outbreak!??

Hi little bit about me i was dating with a new girl that i met 2 months ago and last month we did have sex maybe 4-5 protected sex unprotected Oral. 3 days ago i develop this clear fluid bumps and i little panic and pop few of them out and this clear fluid just fly out. and i try to put hydrocortisone to help relief but doesn't seem help. and i did few research about it and come to conclusion that might be herpes. i didn't have fever but did feel little fever like no swollen gland but did feel little itchy in the beginning , and little sore if i press little against it. now the itchy is not that bad but the sore is still there the picture are 1 day for each other please take a look and let me know thank you so much imageimageimageimageimage

    Go get a blood and swab test but it looks like an outbreak. Is it painful?

      I'm doing it today, its like sore from time to time maybe when i walking felt little discomfort or if i press it feel little pain but not in painful level
