PLEASE HELP LUMP/BOIL (MAYBE CYST?) ON INNER LABIA?

I'm really concerned with this, I have a gynecologist appointment next friday but I'm super anxious, can someone please help me undestand if this lump on my inner labia is a vulvar cancer?

I've had two others last month, but they were a lit bit smaller and naturally disappeared, but this (in pics) is much more painful and feels like there is something hard inside when I press it. And it has rapidly grown last couple days. (Last year I had two of this, not in the same time, and they went away by themself)

Please I need to know if this is similar to a vulva cancer, I'm 26 years old, made STI in january and I was clean, didn't have any risk sex after that.

    It looks like an infection under the skin. As you have had other smaller similar lumps I am guessing you probably need antibiotics to clear it all up but your gynaecologist may decide to also drain the infection. Dont worry, I am sure its not cancer.
