So, a few days ago I had unprotected sex with a guy (he says he’s clean). And now my vagina is like this and I dont know what it is!! It hurts a lot when I pee and it’s all itchy and there’s a whitish vaginal discharge and what looks like little pimples and ulceras... PLEASE HELP I’M KIND OF FREAKING OUT...
also, i'm on the pill and taking antibiotics for amigdalitis, which makes me a lot more vulnerable to any kind of infection...

Doesn't look like a yeast infection to me.

Sorry, but that doesn't look god, and I think it's probably herpes. You should definitely get checked out. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated. Good luck.

If it is herpes, then these links may help, though the second link is written for doctors:

There is also a forum here:

(typo: doesn't look "good"
How many days is it since you had the unprotected sex, and when did you first start noticing the symptoms you have now?

If it's only been 4 days since exposure, then it's a lot less likely to be herpes. Chancroid produces similar symptoms that fast, but is quite rare in developed countries. Steve's suggestion of thrush is looking more likely, but it doesn't look like a typical case. I'd try using Canesten cream for now though, just in case.

(by "for now", I meant until you can see a doctor)

That's odd. Antibiotics put you at more risk of fungal or viral infections, but should protect against anything bacterial. Did you get a diagnosis - bacterial vaginosis maybe, and what treatment have they recommended?
Glad it sounds like it isn't herpes anyway, and hope you can get it sorted soon.
