Please help me I think I have herpes I’m not sure

i had unprotected sex two weeks ago he told me he was clean and i know i was but a few days later there was lots of burning when i peed and itchy when i was in the shower i was feeling around down there and felt little bumps so i looked in a mirror and they were pink little bumps now there bright bloody red so when i pee i have to spread my butt on the toilet so the pee doesnt touch them. please help me figure out what this is. i went to the doctor and got tested and im waiting for the results to see what i have bc its def something please help!!! is it herpes??? ill post pictures in the comments
