I don't believe herpes sores go inside the vagina. They form on the skin and folds but not into the opening. Do they hurt?

im talking about the little white bumps by the lips and they little red line. its red down there and a lottle itchy dosent hurt

It might be. If you can get to a doctor or walk in clinic they can swab the area.
If it is it's the very beginning of the breakout. Or it's irritation from rubbing during sex or foreplay. Like a rug burn.

no those white bumps are called fordyce spots, they are completely normal, nothing to worry about.

Looks normal from what I can see. Unless you have some pain, either when peeing or just general pain around or inside your vagina, I don't see anything at all to worry about.
