Please help me tips or talk to me please

im really having a breakdown right now im really sad and its eating me up i dont wanna let the sad inside me because i cant detect if im having a genital herpes because i cant consult a doctor or ob because im not finnancially okay i dont wanna tell my mom or dad about it im just 16years old please help me i have a boyfriend and were both each others firstime so im really confuse where i get this he said he dont cheat on me and i trust him. We been doing unprotected sex for 3months and the one night after we have sex i was drunk by that time and i wash my vagina with soap and it get irritated so u scratch it in the next morning on my clitoris lips i got some ulcer and im confuse what is it i cant go to a doctor because dont have money right now and after 4 days of induring this my skin near on the vulva got so itchy so scratch little bit and now i see that i got some red bump and im scared and crying right now please someone talk to me someone give me tips and help sad

    Hi there, please relax.... you have no idea that this is 100% herpes... does it hurt when you pee? Does it hurt in general? Are they just tiny bumps or fluid filled ulsers? Do you have someone in your family you can trust that can lend you money to go see a doctor? If you can, upload a picture so we can see. By seeing a picture we can better have an idea of what it could be

      i think its ulcer its fluid filled and now it burst i think because when i see it its only red now but yesterday i see fluid ulcer im so in panic im crying i cant trust any in my family but im trying to reach my friends im so sad
