Suspected DD, are these symptoms normal as per below. 

Stomach pain and pelvis pain 90% lower left side.

More gas than normal

Occasional vaginal gas

Itchy anus

Achy lower back

Achy legs

Tiredness

Occasional heartburn

Dizziness 

Occasional Nausea

Loose stools then constipation

    I've had a colonoscopy and nothing showed up and they said I didn't have IBS next step is CT scan x

      That should tell a lot more. Good luck. Keep me posted. Of course IBS is not detected in either test.

    I have IBS and my pain seems to be when some type food or sensitivity occurs. I get terrible pain and diarrhea until I am completely empty. I also in turn get constipation more times then I would like. I feel repeated IBS attacks possibly cause my diverticulitis. Vicious cycle.

      Me too   I have had it for 2 days this week had to take Imodium to stop it now constipated. Just a vicious circle

    Hi Rosanna. You have several of the symptoms. I feel sick everyday, bad pain in my stomach that goes around to the back, but you can have pain anywhere on your stomach.  flatulence. headachs, tiredness, loose stools ect. Have you had any test?. They took 6 years to diagnose me with it forever waiting for appointments, scans e.t.c. Whatever it is you need to see a specialist. Hope your ok.
