This is a tad confusing but I'll try to make the timeline as easy to understand as possible.

Seven months ago I got an unprotected bj. 4 weeks after the bj my right testicle started to hurt. I went and got std tested and my results came back negative (tested for gono, Chlamydia, HIV, syph, trich) the pain in my testicle stopped and I tested negative for those STDs so I didn't worry about it.

A week after I got those test results back I got an unprotected handjob. Now 5 months after the handjob my testicle is hurting little bit again.

I have two questions.

Was getting tested a month after the b enough time in between the sex act and the test?

Could I have gotten gono or Chlamydia from the handjob?

    those stds are not passed via saliva gonorrhea and chlamydia its things like oral hsv1 and skin to skin stds that u are at risk of but they would not cause the issues u are describing
