I first noticed it as a lump and then shaved, had sex, and this was the outcome within about two days. Could this be herpes? This is the only spot i have it.

it looks like it hun, I'm sorry. an ingrown hair wouldnt cause an ulcer like that I dont think. are you having other symptoms like swollen lymph nodes in the groin? flu like symptoms?
