please help ..this is killing me

i am 27 , 7 months bk i lifted a heavy load.had no erection and no urge to pee in morninig for a couple of days..had tingling and pins in legs and slight pain in back..however regained erection after that. i did MRI two times which was absolutely fine and i can walk and bend without any problem but

1) since then i donot have the urge to pee or the urge doesnt transform in a very strong urge even if i drink alot of water

2) erection is there every mrnin but its not that hard as it used to be

 i visited tons o docs bt to no avail

    This may be a quite natural cycle of your body to either lifestyle issues such as stress and tiredness, or it is possible that you may have unwittingly a trapped nerve.  

    Could you you perhaps provide further details?

      if its a trapped nerve then is it possible that it may not show up in MRI n will it recover.

      how basically is it diagnosed

      also few months back my testes r high riding and occasionally hanging loose and testicular movement has decreased bt this happend just few mnths bk n to add to it suddenly my appetite has increased has increased i donot get that feeling of  stomach being full  even after eating a lot.

      i did usg of bladder its fine. one of the docs said its neurogenic bladder bt i do get  urge to pee although it may not be what it used to be n my urine stream is slightly weak can that cause less urge
