Please help! Very tiny two patches seen just below my penis head.

Two very tiny circular type(not exactly) patches are seen just below my penis head near frenulum since 6-7 months. They are very tiny and can hardly be noticed by naked eyes. But when seen through phone camera with full zoom, they are clearly visible. It looks like very small 2 lesion with few red dots in it. In past 3-4 months i used few antifungal and antibacterial crams but it does not go away. Earlier i had a problem of more smegma formation but now after using creams i don't have that problem. Recently i also noticed a very tiny single bump in my frenulum. There is no pain or itchiness and they have not made any problems in my daily life. But as it is there since 6-7 months, i am a little worried. I am kind of sexually active but only with my girlfriend. Is this something to worry or is it some normal skin problem?
