Please help, what is this??

I had itching on the outside of vaginal area since December. Took an STD test and everything came back negative except overgrowth of lactobacillus, a normal vaginal bacteria, but no yeast or chlamydia/ gonorrhea. Additional testing showed no STIs (no HIV, Syphilis, or Hepatitis B or C).

Itching continued but was not terrible, would continue to scratch so not sure if that has anything to do with this. Had unprotected sex about a week ago and yesterday, painful bump (only painful when touched) appeared around rectum. The area that is bothering me all lies under my underwear line area. In regards to rectum area, stool has been very hard recently though and I believe I tore the area around. What could this be??? There is a tender area on the left side closer to my vagina and a bump to the left of my anus.

I think my lymph nodes are swollen near groin but I am not sure. Pain under collarbone on right side of chest but I also slept in an odd position last night. No fever, body ache, or chills??

    overgrowth of lactobacillus is a condition called cytolitic vaginosis I had that. it causes itching, vaginal burning and white discharge, and can make your vagina feel really dry and irritated. it makes your skin peel and can turn your skin white as it sheds. its a harmless condition that's treated with baking soda douches. The bump near your rectum sounds like a hemorrhoid from trying to pass hard stools. Upload some pics so we can help you

      that doesnt look like herpes from what I can see. I dont see a blister, swelling or redness just pink. The spot on your rectum looks like you wiped too hard. I cant really make out what the spot looks like near your vagina, i cant tell of it's a blister. Keep an eye on it over the next few days and see if your notice any changes such as the bumps getting bigger, swelling and redness, look if you see a blister forming with a white or yellow center, or possibly clear. Both of your spots look dry. Herpes is wet looking when it bursts with a red border and deep ulcer that resembles a hole punch. dont scratch the area in the meanwhile

      I believe it looked like a hole punch yesterday, but this is what it looks like today. Im not sure what else this could be?

      It hurts when i touch it but no irritation otherwise. I'm not sure if i had a fungal infection and then i ripped the skin?

      it's most likely nothing. if it was a hole yesterday and isnt today its probably nothing like herpes because that doesn't heal that quick especially for a first outbreak. there would be more pain most likely. dont stress and keep your eye on it
