Please please please someone help me. Does this look like herpes

imagei had sex with a past partner three weeks ago, i then herd about a woman he has slept with has herpes, i asked him and he said he has not got anything and has never had any sores. i have been paranoid constantly checking my vagina and each time i look i keep noticing different things. i went and got checked they said they could not see anything and everything looks normal, they do not do blood tests and did not do a swab for this as there was no sores, only checked for chlamydia and ghonoria.

today i noticed this on my vagina and im praying its not herpes. what do you guys think? i orders a blood test kit online for my own piece of mind but ive read im suppose to wait up to three months so the test is accurate and comes up in my blood, do you think it will tell me if i do it now? xxximage
