Can someone please explain why when i am aying down or sitting down in bed i only notice pulsating and pains in my left arm. My main annoyance is my left hand. It’s almost like constant pins and needles in it I have no reason as to why? Even when I focus on the right nothing happens in there only Pins and needle probably isn’t the right word. Throbbing is more the right word. I can feel the blood moving through it. It’s hard to explain 😞 sorry. Please advise. my worry is my heart so that should give you more info

If you feel something is medically wrong with you go and get it checked out, what is a trip to a medical center.
Next, worrying can bring on psychosomatic symptoms this is your mind going overboard effecting physical components, what do you think.

This can definitely be anxiety related I notice how you mention your heart, I would assume you have read/googled about left arm pains related to heart (I done the same)
I took myself to A&E and they done blood tests, ECG, chest xray and all come back fine 3 months later im here still (not saying I feel much better mind)
My advice would be get it checked but don't expect the worse,
How old are you? Is there a history of heart attack etc in your family?

i have had 100's of ecgs. im 27 with no history of heart issues in family. this is stopping me living my life.
