I've had a bump for about 5 days now. it started off small now it's a lot bigger it feels hard as well. It is uncomfortable and very itchy. I have HSV2 but I haven't had the initial first outbreak yet so I'm not sure if this is or not.

Should I have a doctor look at it? or will it simply just go away.

It should go away eventually hard to say how long it will take. If it bothers you any I suggest seeing your doctor.
