Please, tell me what's on my penis

Hi! Well, I have had this build up on my penis' shaft for wuite some time now. I originally thought it was a lymph build up. It is a very big bulge that's around an inch long and seems to branch a bit and goes around the penis. It is not sore and when 'n poke my finger at it 'n feel nothing abnormal apart from a hard strand-like (almost like a string) well strand. Upon "poking" I think there is some form of fluid in there but I don't want to say that 100%.  It is not irregular in color (i.e. Looks like the rest of my penis). The reason why I want to enquire about what this might be and how I can remove it is because over the last few weeks it seems to be branching around the shaft itsself and hasn't gotten better i.e. The "swelling" if you will hasn't subsided. I do masturbate.

You can post pics only using a laptop. Click on the mountain like symbol at the upper right of the failure box.

You need to be on a PC or laptop to add pictures.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over mountains) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

Could be a lymphocele.  If it is, then it would be harmless, and would normally fix itself.
