I was diagnosed with pneumonia 5 days ago. I was given steroids, a z-pack, and then started on doxycycline 4 days ago. My coughing has gotten better but now my head and neck are in excruciating pain and I have a strange feeling within my head and sinuses. Should I go to the ER? I feel like I should be getting better, not worse!

No question....go to ER....it is their job to deal with YOUR PAIN.....we need their expert advise on how to deal with pain...
