You've had no responses, so I'm going to assume the other guys here are thinking like I am.
It's difficult to say from the photos. What I do see is no redness indicating irritation or infection. The skin on your penis heals slower than other places, so give it time. Keep it clean, and if it doesn't change or irritate, then perhaps it turned into a 'freckle' type pigmentation.
Bottom line is that no pain, no redness, no changes (spreading) then you should probably relax.
