According to My Fitness Pal 100g of pork fillet is 4.2g of fat. I have eaten it with no ill effects, but you need to grill or griddle it.

I ate it last week and cut the fat off and didn't have any side effects.

Hi Chantelle according to my Collins gem Calorie Counter it says a 100 g of lean pork loin chop  is 6.4 of fat, so your looking very safe smile
