Pork loin

Hello. Does anyone know if I can have pork loin if I cut the fat off (before cooking) and bake it? I can't find any nutritional info anywhere? Thank u

    According to Nutracheck 100g of lean roasted pork loin is 182cal and 6.8g of fat.

    According to My Fitness Pal 100g of pork fillet is 4.2g of fat. I have eaten it with no ill effects, but you need to grill or griddle it.

    Hi Chantelle according to my Collins gem Calorie Counter it says a 100 g of lean pork loin chop  is 6.4 of fat, so your looking very safe smile
