Possible genital herpes?

First time poster. I'm a white male.

I was in a 7 year relationship that ended about two years ago. I didn't have any type of sex after the relationship ended.

In the first week of August 2017 (exactly 12 weeks ago) I had unprotected sex with a complete stranger (white female). Afterwards we had some communication, she says she's never had any STDs, and tested negative after we hooked up. Though I'm not exactly sure what she was tested for.

I should also note I've been diagnosed with hypocondria in the past, and am a very anxious person. So, the week after I started having an uncomfortable feeling all of the time in the skin on the shaft of my penis. Just weird tingling and some discomfort when I'd pee. I also had a pimple like lesion on the inside of my thigh within the first two weeks after I hooked up with the girl. I tried popping it and nothing came out but it ended up leaving a dark scar/mark on my inner thigh that's still there today.

Anyways, the tingling in my penile skin continued and I experienced no other symptoms until recently. I met someone I'm really into, we've never hooked up or anything so I thought it'd be a good idea to get tested. I got the full panel of tests done (including IGG). The testing took place 8 weeks after having sex with the random girl. Everything came back negative. It cost $200.

The day after the tests I accidentally used a razor my roommate uses. He gets cold sores but says he hasn't had one in years, and also he only shaves his neck area. Anyways, I shaved my pubic area with the razor. It was my first time shaving in probably a year or so.

A  after shaving I notice this tight feeling pain where my shaft meets the scrotum under my penis. There is a skin colored very small lesion. I try to pop it but nothing really comes out, not even blood. I keep messing with it thinking it's an ingrown hair. Eventually it is an open blister that stings, usually only when I touched it. It always hurt when I touched it. Rarely was there pain when I didn't touch it. It scabbed over, but where the scab was it kept falling off. Now it's hard to describe what it looks like. It's looks like it's trying to heal still, with dry skin surrounding it. The center is whitish/skin colored. It still hurts a little, but only when I touch it. Also my penis is still feeling tingly/uncomfortable on the skin right under the head.

I should mention I've also been diagnosed with psoriasis on my penis in the past but this is nothing like that. The bump felt solid when it was originally there and maybe came from slightly under the skin?

So I ended up ordering another IGG test to check for both types of herpes since I'm twelve weeks out from possible exposer. I'm getting it done in a couple of days. And it's really expensive!

I guess I have two questions. 1) is it safe to say I can 100% discount any chance of getting herpes from the razor incident I described above. And 2) if the test comes back negative in a couple of days should I stop worrying about having herpes?

I don't really have any of those symptoms, just the tingling sensation.

Can get tested whenever. The full panel for ten types of STDs was $180, getting re-tested for just Herpes 1 and 2 is $115.

You can go get a swab done but a blood test will not be accurate due to the time you got exposed . You have to wait at least 3 months for antibodies to show up
