Possible STD?

i have had this strange red rash on the top of my pubic area that feels irritated. it first started after i shaved but i havent shaved in a little over a week and its still there. next these dots appeared near my vagina today and im nervous they are an STD i have a doctors appoitment but its not for a week so im hoping someone can help. I have no pain they mostly feel like razor burn. i also have alot of moisture in the area. no burning while peeing and no discharge or smell. imageimage
