my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex before, but this last time i noticed this appear .. ive been nauseous, pain with urination, and severe cramping. Also lower back cramping. My doctor said i have a UTI but ive never had this appear with a UTI before ..

Does he get cold sores on his mouth? If yes and he performed oral sex then it could be HSV1. Have either of you recently had, or before the relationship started, a full std panel done?
I hope the best for you and it's not but if ot is I heard it does get better over time. Stay positive and try your best to not stress out. 🙏

so update: he dumped me because of this .. not even sure what it is yet. Getting tested Monday so we will see 😦
