i just noticed this today, looks very like an std like syphilis. 
i'm concerned as im in a relationship so dont know how i could have gotten one unless im being cheated on. please help

could also be herpes. definitely get checked out! dont jump straight to cheating though as a lot of times people are asymptomatic and spread without realizing. symptoms can also take a long time to show up
