Post menopause it's as scary as perrl meno

I have been told I am post meno and its so scary I know that all women go through the same but the aches pains crying horrible thoughts dearnt go out. Just don't know what to do please can anyone help

    i know Janice, I'm 3 years post and still struggling with anxiety. was great on sertraline but put so much weight on, swapped to low dose prozac, was ok for a few months but the anxiety is rearing it's head again and migraines are back frequently. thinking of going back on sertraline. need to be able to work to pay off the debts from the year i was a wreck and couldnt work! rubbish isn't it. are you on any meds?

    I can only sympathize with you totally. It's a very scary, hard time like no other.

    Has anything that you've tried given you relief of any sort?

    I thanku hun I keep asking ppl if there going through the same thing I just sit and cry all the time worrying myself silly.. Its just nice to know that can at least chat to someone that knows exactly what I'm going through x

    Yes I'm on busparone sertraline matazapine and still having a really bad time darl just don't know witch way to turn to be honest darl I just freak out all the time x

    my heart goes out to you as well janice. i am right there with you.. i take more than one med for anxiety and depression and im still suffering almost daily. i will let the scary thoughts of every symptom i have ruin my whole day! i cant do anything but sit on the couch and watch tv and do the bare minimum around the house and try not to cry in front of my family when i am having a bad day. i do have some good days but the bad ones are terrible. i am still in peri. hang in there and keep talking on here. it does help. reach out for help. unfortunately i cant get any from doctors either
