postpartum problems

i couldnt find a section for postpartum issues so i thought i would post here. since giving birth on march 1, ive had a range of odd symptoms pop up which.includes: minor rectal bleeding, a few bouts of diarrhea, had vaginal spotting for 2 days which was followed by sharp pain near the ovaries that migrated to the middle of my waist. whenever i sat down i would have lower abdimibal pain. That subsided and the pain was reduced to quick painful spasms as i passed gas. Then started having pelvic pain with an icy hot feeling at my hips then the feeling traveled. I also developed low back ache and groin pain thats on and off. Pain when sitting returned when i had my first actual.period along with low back pain on each side when sitting. That went away when my period ended but the back ache and pelvic pain persisted. Then i stsrted having pain.at the top of the butt cheeks and then the entire butt area felt like it was burning along with some thigh pain thats worse at night but its not radiating pain. Also lower spine feels tender to touch. most recently had lower back ache and lower abdominal cramps. ive had number of tests, ive had 2 pelvic exams, vaginal ultrasound, blood tests, multiple urinalysis, and a ct of the whole abdomen and pelvis..nothing came up. is there anyone postpartum that had a number of ongoing symptons that had no identifiable cause?? also forgot to mention bowel changes.
