Premature ventricular contractions and Eyelid spasms

I'm having premature ventricular contractions every single day, at least 2 a day, and can go up to 10, even 15 on a bad day. I've also had bottom right eyelid spasms that hasn't stopped in over a week. I'm wondering if something is neurologically wrong with me? rolleyes i also get random cold flashes in small specific places like a part of my leg or arm, i also get random body muscle spasms,  brain fog, acid reflux and bowel troubles. can anxiety really cause all of those symptoms? I'm scared something is wrong with me... my doctor prescribed me propranolol which calms me down somewhat by lowering my blood pressure/heart rate but i still over think and concentrate on my heart which is causing irregularities. I feel like these are way to many symptoms to just be anxiety... i'll also feel myself tensing up without realizing it and have to 'manually' relax myself so i wont be tensed. anyone else have similar symptoms as me? rolleyes

What my heart palpitations feel like: Heartbeat will pause, then 1-2 seconds later make a hard thump in my chest for 1 beat.. then back to normal.  i'm so tired of being this anxious all the time.. im at a point where i wish i would find something wrong with me so i could at least know.. and so i could at least treat it and get better. anyone else in the same boat as me? rolleyes
